I don't like any kind of system or mechanic that forces inactivity. Without going too mutch into it, it puts up walls where there should be none. Sorry to say but you'll get a -1 from me

Currently my crew reload my missile launchers. Later if I want to try pvp they might be a part of glorious explosions as my ships go down in flames. I have no idea what your crew does, but I would venture a guess and say the same as mine :)
